Planet Roofing — Fort Lauderdale, FL
Planet Roofing serves homeowners and businesses across Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties, which meant one homepage was never going to cut it. We built a 220-page local search system spanning 20 cities, with dedicated pages for every service, every roof type, and every neighborhood they work in, from Flagler Village to Las Olas to Rio Vista. Each page is written for that specific area, not copy-pasted with the city name swapped out.
Every page follows an educate first, sell last approach, built to hold up not just in Google's regular search results but in Google AI Mode, ChatGPT Search, and Perplexity, where more homeowners are starting their research before they ever land on a roofer's site.
Smart Roofing — Plantation & Delray Beach, FL
Smart Roofing operates out of two hubs, Plantation and Delray Beach, so we built each location its own long-form landing page, roughly 3,000 words deep, covering every service and material they offer with no external navigation to distract from the goal: getting the homeowner to request an estimate.
The centerpiece is a built-in roofing cost calculator. A homeowner answers four quick questions, square footage, stories, roof pitch, and material, and gets a real starting price per square foot, right on the page. The full project total and a monthly financing estimate stay one step further, unlocked only after they submit their contact info, turning a passive visitor into a qualified lead before a phone call ever happens.
